Collection: Medical Caps
"Medical caps" refer to wigs that have material sewn into the inside of the cap that create traction and keep the wig in place. These materials are usually either silicone or PU (polyurethrane). PU is also frequently used to apply double sided sticky tape. These wigs could be silk top, silk top with lace front or lace top wigs.
You can also make your wig into a medical cap by purchasing the silicone attachment for the wig's crown area, which you can find under "accessories".
